Innovation Partners With Gerber Collision

Innovation Partners With Gerber Collision

Newton, Mass.-based Innovation Group’s Innovation Auto division, an accident management services firm, said it has completed an agreement for collision repair services with Gerber Collision and Glass.

The new partnership adds 47 new outlets to Innovation Auto’s U.S. network of over 1,900 shops. Terms of the arrangement were not announced.

Innovation said Gerber has a record of performance that includes good estimate accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Bob Cornelius, Innovation Auto’s vice [resident] of network strategy, said, “Not only does Gerber meet our high standards, but they have demonstrated that they are extremely easy to work with.  This combination of quality service and ease-of-doing business provides our customers an effective and single point of contact for any issues that may arise.”

“We are pleased to have our collision business join the Innovation Auto Network and look forward to providing our high quality repairs and service to their members throughout the seven states in which we operate,” said Tim O’Day, Gerber president and chief operating officer.

Gerber, with over 800 employees, is a wholly owned operating division of the Winnipeg, Canada-based Boyd Group (US) Inc. and operates 47 collision repair and auto glass centers in seven states.

Innovation Group provides business process outsourcing services and software solutions to insurers and other risk carriers through its international network of offices.
